We / I are regularly at the Hotel-Gasthof Die Post. We like it very much. The rooms are nice, tidy, clean, have a good mattress, great charm and a sensational view. The welcome is very warm and friendly, we feel very comfortable there. The food is really good and you never go out hungry :-) (I'm just saying carp) In terms of price, I find the whole package completely reasonable. The church bells don't bother me from 7:00 a.m. and I think it's good that the church bells are silent at night from 10:00 p.m. (very good). You can not get rid of us. Very nice reception, very friendly staff, nice modern room with a view of the valley. Delicious cuisine, decent breakfast, fine home-made brandies. Any time!!!

In corona time everything is different, but a beautiful view from the terrace at the back makes up for it. The cutlets were delicious. We could get a room at the back for 10 euros more (with that beautiful view), but for one night you do not (economical Dutch). Early in the morning we found out that we might have been better off taking a room at the back, when the church bells started banging us out of bed. The church is right in front of the hotel. Well, there is always something wrong.

The three of us ate there yesterday on the terrace and enjoyed a wonderful view. The food was good and everything was fine.

Nice staff, but the building is in poor condition, for example it smells a lot of mold in the ground floor.

The Traube a fantastic room what we got there for 3 people super nice and can only be recommended. The view Tob. Breakfast was very good but there is more. You can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.

Were very satisfied, room clean and big, felt absolutely well! OUTLOOK wonderfully beautiful. The request for one more pillow would be fulfilled immediately. Service courteous, friendly and fast. Host / host according to our two senses "a real Schillingsfürster" means something special but very adorable!

Looking for a restaurant that opened on Monday night, we came across this inn. Officially, it was closed too. But since the mayor was in the house, we were allowed in the dining room. The food was delicious and the service very friendly. I can only recommend.

Very good dinner (home cooking), beautiful rose garden with almost kitschy views, excellent spirits! Value for money absolutely fine! Very nice and courteous innkeepers, although we were not hotel guests, the boss of the house was kindly willing to give us information about the surrounding bike paths. Lovely staff. This family run hotel is worth the detour for its fantastic sunset view. Avoid the restaurant's toilets.

Very nice hotel, which has the atmosphere of the old walls beautiful scene. Great view of the valley from the restaurant, the cook knows how to season food and I can only recommend the food. Room was very big and even with bathtub. Rich breakfast and the whole topped with friendly owners. Thank you for the nice, unfortunately too short stay.

Cozy hotel with old wooden rooms. A pleasant stay overall, the rooms were clean, staff was nice, and the breakfast was good. The place it's in the middle of the town, so you can easily walk anywhere.

We stayed here for a night on our way back home North. We had a nice modern room with corresponding amenities. The remainder of the hotel is more "old fashioned" or traditional. Had dinner on the terrace overlooking the Tauber valley. Local specialties. Family also makes its own "spirits". Worth a try! Price of the room is on the high side for our opinion. But proximity to Rothenburg ob der Tauber is probably the culprit...

We stayed one night at this hotel on our way home from ski-vacation. We arrived late, but the host was ready to prepare a very nice dinner in the restaurant for the 3 of us. And the breakfast next morning was excellent too. The room was clean and comfortable with space enough for all 3. And the location is good - close to the autobahn and with nice views to the castle and the countryside.

I can't speak about the hotel but I can say the restaurant is very nice! The food is great and the wine selection is good enough to evade from the terrible local wines! However, it's not cheap and the owner is extremely rude.
